One Call Tech Solution provides professional installation and setup services for Starlink satellite internet systems. Our services include:
- Site evaluation and assessment
- Professional mounting and installation
- System setup and configuration
- Basic network setup
- Customer education on system operation
We are an independent service provider and not directly affiliated with SpaceX or Starlink.
3. Service Limitations
Our services are subject to the following limitations:
- Internet service performance depends on Starlink's network and satellite availability
- We cannot guarantee specific internet speeds or uptime
- Service availability may be affected by weather conditions, obstructions, or technical issues
- Some locations may have limited or no service availability
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in US dollars
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
- We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- A deposit may be required for scheduling installation appointments
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations
- Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
- Deposits may be refunded or applied to rescheduled appointments
6. Warranties and Limitations
Our installation services come with a 30-day workmanship warranty covering defects in installation. This warranty does not cover:
- Starlink equipment malfunctions (covered by manufacturer warranty)
- Damage caused by customer misuse or modifications
- Damage from severe weather or natural disasters
- Changes made to the installation by third parties
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Call Tech Solution shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or interruption of service
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for our services
- Issues arising from factors outside our control
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe access to the installation site
- Inform us of any potential hazards or obstructions
- Obtain necessary permissions or permits if required
- Maintain the installation area clear of obstructions
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
